Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
We're happy to provide answers to some common questions customers may have or that we've encountered over the years. Have any other questions not listed below? Contact us, we've got an answer for you!
Question: Do you pick up donation items for free?
We are committed to giving back to the community by donating items whenever possible. While we make every effort to ensure usable items find a second home through donation, we are a pay-to-go service. This means that our pricing covers the labor, transportation, and responsible handling of all items, regardless of whether they are donated, recycled, or disposed of. By choosing us, you get a hassle-free junk removal experience while also contributing to a more sustainable and charitable impact in the community.
Question: Do you take tree brush/dirt/gravel/concrete?
Yes! We're your go-to team for clearing away a wide range of unwanted materials. Whether you've got piles of tree brush after landscaping, leftover concrete from a project, or mounds of dirt and gravel taking up space, we're equipped to haul it away efficiently. Just a heads-up, though: while we're experts at removal, we don't handle the heavy-duty stuff like breaking up concrete, cutting down trees, or any structural demolition. Think of us as your reliable cleanup crew once those initial tasks are complete!
Question: Do you take items with water/gas/hardwired electrical lines?
While our insurance covers a wide range of situations, we do require that any gas, water, or hardwired electrical lines be disconnected prior to the removal of certain items. Please note that this does not apply to standard electronics or appliances that simply plug into an outlet. This policy helps ensure the safety of both our team and your property. Not sure if something needs to be disconnected ahead of time? Feel free to call or text us—we’re happy to help!
Question: What do you do with the items you take?
When we pick up your items, we go beyond just hauling them away—we make sure they’re handled responsibly. Usable items in good condition are donated whenever possible, helping give them a second life in our community. We also recycle accepted items and ensure anything that needs to be discarded is properly and safely disposed of. Our goal is to reduce waste and make a positive impact, one load at a time.
